We determine the market value of your property, evaluate your competition and your property, and create a marketing plan for selling your property even in a tough market. At the end of it all, we don’t seek to make excuses. We work on delivering results that please you. Our history of delivering proves this.

If we can’t find a Buyer for you, then you don’t pay us

That’s fair enough, right? We will take the risk of marketing your property, dealing with potential Buyers and their Agents, write up your contracts/addenda and all, perform negotiations, and everything else, without charging you a penny. Why? Because we believe in our services. If we can’t sell your property, then our service costs are on us. That’s the right thing to do.
