The listing broker (the seller's broker) would be the one that lists a property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The buyer's broker is the broker who represents a buyer in finding and purchasing a property.
In a traditional real estate transaction in Florida, the listing broker and the buyer's broker would typically EACH get a commission that is worth approximately 3% of the property's selling price. Therefore, you would expect to pay a total commission equal to 6% of the property's selling price. However, with yellowkeyrealty.com, you have the chance to reduce this fee to 0% if you find a buyer who doesn't use a real estate agent. If the Buyer does use an Agent, you get to set beforehand whatever fee you would like to pay to that Agent.
