I love the Butcher Block countertops (which were just refinished). NEW paint throughout the entire house, other than the master bedroom, within the past 2 years. NEW insulation and ceilings in kitchen/dining room. NEW fixtures and lights through most of the home. NO LEAKS or issues at all with the roof. A.C. has been tended to regularly. It is not an "ice-box" in the peak of summer, as is typical with manufactured homes. Plumbing was all redone/updated at my purchasing of the home (2021), and no issues since. As was the electrical pole. This is absolutely the closest you are going to get to having the feel of a full-fledged home, without jumping up to that $250,000-$500,000 price range. It’s listed to SELL FAST, otherwise the price would be more reflective of our 2 recent appraisals, of $127,000 and $120,000. Those appraisals are on hand, for any legitimately interested buyers. HOA dues/Lot rent are about the cheapest you will find, here in Apopka, and the Orlando area, overall. The neighbors on our street are great, we all work together, within the neighborhood, with cameras and such, to keep porch pirates at bay, and crime to an absolute minimum.
