AC is 17 yrs. old and works like new, hot water tank is 13 yrs. old and has no issues. This community is quiet with lots of things to do. There is a beautiful, gated pool that was just restored. Tennis courts, racquetball courts, nighttime security, close to all the shopping you need, and 8 minutes from the beach. Community is very well maintained.
